Group SITAM-AB is a Partner, together with other prominent companies and institutions in Thessaloniki, in the coordination and management of the ERGANI Center which is involved in the support and encouragement of women in the workplace as part of a NOW European initiative.
ERGANI Center aims to:
- Encourage the development of small women’s enterprises.
- Support unemployed women.
- Improve women’s status in the workplace.
Group SITAM-AB together with the ERGANI Centre is also a Partner, in an AWAKE proposal which will support women in the development of entrepreneurial initiatives as part of ECOS – OVERTURE.
The aim of the programme, is to support and advance women entrepreneurs in strengthening entrepreneurship.
